摘　　要：使用自制环氧改性丙烯酸树脂并引入磷酸酯和不饱和双键结构,得到含有多种活性官能团结构的环氧丙烯酸类树脂,用其制备成一种单组分水性低温快干防腐涂料,适用于圆盘式静电涂装工艺,应用于车辆减震器等表面防护涂装,产品能够圆盘式静电涂装,涂料可于60℃、20 min下低温快速固化,不回黏,下线工件可堆压;同时解决单组分水性低温固化涂料在铁系磷化素材表面的耐中性盐雾测试后划线处二次附着力差的问题。With self-made epoxy modified acrylic resin and through introduction of phosphate and unsaturated double bond structure,epoxy acrylic resin with multiple functional groups was obtained.It was used to prepare a kind of one-component waterborne low temperature quick drying anticorrosive coatings,suitable for the disc type electrostatic painting process and applied in vehicle shock absorber surface painting for protection.The product can be used in disc type electrostatic painting and can realize low temperature fast curing under 60℃and 20 min with no after-tack.Off-line workpieces can be piled.At the same time,it solves the problem of poor secondary adhesion of one-component waterborne low temperature curing coatings at marks on the surface of iron phosphate materials after the neutral salt spray resistance test.
