摘 要:针对东太湖水源有机物含量丰富,采用超滤-纳滤双膜组合工艺进行中试试验,利用分子量分布以及三维荧光光谱来确定双膜工艺对有机物的去除效果。结果表明:超滤膜作为纳滤的预处理,能够有效去除悬浮颗粒,超滤出水浑浊度平均为0.082 NTU;超滤对COD_(Mn)和UV_(254)的去除率分别为50.99%和9.03%,纳滤对COD_(Mn)和UV_(254)的去除效果较好,去除率分别为87.06%和89.61%;超滤对分子量>60 kDa的有机物有很好的去除效果,去除率为79.28%,对中小分子量的有机物去除效果较低,纳滤对不同分子量区间的有机物均有很好的去除效果,对DOC的去除率为96.59%,对UV分子量的去除率为95.5%。三维荧光分析表明,超滤对荧光类有机物的去除效果不佳,纳滤对不同区间荧光有机物均有较好的去除效果,尤其对色氨酸类荧光峰去除效果最好,去除率为90.07%。East Taihu Lake water source is plentiful in organic matter.Combination process of ultrafiltration-nanofiltration was used to conduct a pilot study.Molecular weight distribution and three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum were used to determine the removal effect of organic matter by double membrane process.Results showed that ultrafiltration membrane,as a pretreatment of nanofiltration,could effectively remove suspended particles,and average turbidity of ultrafiltration effluent was 0.082 NTU.Removal rate of CODMn and UV254 by ultrafiltration was 50.99%and 9.03%,while 87.06%and 89.61%by nanofiltration.For organics with molecular weight greater than 60 kDa,ultrafiltration had a good removal effect,with a removal rate of 79.28%.For organics with small and medium molecular weight,the effect was relatively low.For organics with different molecular weight ranges,nanofiltration had a good removal effect,with a removal rate of 96.59%for DOC and 95.5%for UV.Three-dimensional fluorescence analysis showed that ultrafiltration had a poor effect on the removal of fluorescent organics,while nanofiltration had a good effect on the removal of fluorescent organics in different regions,especially the best effect on the removal of fluorescence peak of tryptophan,with a removal rate of 90.07%.
