摘　　要：文中就违章用水管理系统在自来水公司违章案件处理方面的应用、与违章奖励发放和与客服服务管理系统的协同设想这几个方面,从提高违章案件处理效率、规范违章案件处置流程的角度,探索违章用水管理系统在自来水公司的应用实践及进一步应用构想。To improve the efficiency of handling illegal water use cases and standardize illegal water use process,from the application of illegal water use management system in handling illegal water use cases,distribution of bonus,and synergistic vision of customer service management system in water company,the paper explores the application of illegal water use management system in the practice of water company and further application ideas.
