摘　　要：2019年10月,教育部文件精神指出,应积极推动高校建立书院制学生管理模式,开展"一站式"学生社区综合模式建设试点工作。结合书院制在我国高校的发展历史及其特点,生活园区学生党建工作也应因时而进、因势而新。当前,书院制下生活园区学生党建工作正在探索中逐步推进,但在书院党组织的作用与定位、生活园区学生党建的硬件配置与优势发挥、学生参与党建活动的主动性和积极性方面仍存在着一定的问题。各高校须在书院制推行过程中结合实际,重点从机制完善、模式构建、践行"群众路线"等几个方面入手,进一步增强生活园区党建工作的实效性,发挥党组织的引领作用。In October 2019,a document issued by the Ministry of Education pointed out that colleges and universities should be actively encouraged to establish a student management model under the academy system and carry out trials to build a"one-stop"comprehensive model for student communities.Considering the development history and characteristics of the academy system in Chinese colleges,the student Party building in the living area should also be updated due to the times and circumstances.At present,under the academy system,the student Party building in the living area is gradually advancing,but there are still some problems in the role and positioning of the academy Party organization,the hardware configuration and advantages of the student Party building in the living area,and the students’initiative and enthusiasm to participate in the Party building activities.In order to further improve the effectiveness of the Party building in the living area and give play to the leading role of Party organizations,colleges and universities should combine the reality in the implementation of the academy system and promote it from the aspects of mechanism improvement,mode construction and practice of the"mass line".
