高校学生党员“四位一体”思想理论教育的实践探究

摘　　要：大学生党员是青年学生中的先进分子和骨干,是党的新鲜血液和未来社会主义建设的中坚力量。为进一步加强对学生党员的理论教育,提升学生党员的政治素养,增强学生党员的工作能力和发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,该文结合学生党支部工作实际,提出学生党员"四位一体"思想理论教育实践模式,让学生党员通过阅读系统学习、通过导读研讨深入领会、通过红色体验实践教育做到思想教育入脑入情、通过"党员+班团"建设实践做到学用结合,这四个过程结合进行,真正做到知信行统一、学懂弄通做实。As the advanced part and backbone among young students,college student Party members are the fresh blood and the backbone force of socialist construction in the future.In order to further strengthen the theoretical education of student Party members,and improve the political literacy of student Party members,and enhance student Party members’ability to work and play an exemplary and vanguard role,this paper proposes the ideological and theoretical education pattern of"Four in One"of student Party members in combination of the practical situation of student Party branch work,lets student Party members study systematically by reading,comprehend deeply by discussing,so as to practice deep education through red experience,practice the combination of learning and doing through the Party members+class and Youth League construction.Through the integration of the four processes,the unity of knowledge and practice can be really achieved.
