摘  要:高折射聚氨酯镜片是当前高端镜片市场的主流产品。本文以间苯二甲基二异氰酸酯(XDI)和2,3-二硫代(2-巯基)-1-丙烷硫醇(BES)为主要原料,建立了体系温度-时间-转变-黏度之间的关系(TTT-η图),通过TTT-η图对体系的固化工艺进行设计并固化镜片基材。利用阿贝折射仪、光学轮廓仪、偏光应力仪等对镜片基材的力学性能和光学性能进行了测试表征,结果表明该镜片基材各种性能均符合镜片标准对树脂镜片性能的要求。证明通过TTT-η图设计的固化工艺是可行的。High-refractive polyurethane lenses are the mainstream products in current high-end lens market.In our study,the relationship among temperature,time,transition and viscosity(i.e.TTT-ηdiagram)of the system was established by using m-xylylenediisocyanate(XDI)and 2,3-dithio(2-mercapto)-1-propanethiol(BES)as main raw materials.The curing process of the system was designed and the lens substrate was cured based on the TTT-ηdiagram.The mechanical and optical properties of the lens substrate were tested and characterized by Abbe refractometer,optical profilometer and polarizing stress meter,etc.It was testified that the various properties of the lens substrate met the requirements of resin lens standard.The feasibility of the curing technique designed by the TTT-ηdiagram was validated.
