摘 要:通过收集国内市面上的多家公司的各种型号的明示疏水性能和非疏水性能的镜片样本,在6个国家的10个实验室间,进行镜片样品的预处理以及接触角测量,对结果进行统计学分析。结果表明,本次实验数据差异来源主要是样品本身差异,实验室之间重复性很好,明示疏水镜片和非明示疏水镜片的接触角有显著差异,明示疏水功能镜片的接触角在110°±10°的范围,建议以105°作为区分两者的临界点。明示疏水和非明示疏水镜片差异具有统计学意义(t=-5.23,p<0.05)。采用Laplace Young方程和Circle方程对同一样品图片进行计算,具有显著差异(t=4.08,p<0.05),表明接触角测量计算模型会引起测量误差。本研究为行业内明示疏水膜层的镜片提供检测方法和性能指标参考,为制定相关国内标准和国际标准提供有效的验证数据。In this manuscript,we use the random double-blind method to test hydrophobicity of the spectacle lenses surfacebetween multiple laboratories.Collected CLAIMED hydrophobic and UNCLAIMED hydrophobic properties lenses samples on the market.In 10 laboratories from 6 countries,a uniform method is used for lens sample preparation and contact angle measurement.Our results indicated that The main source of data differences in this test is the differences in the samples themselves.Repeatability between laboratories is very well.The contact angle of the CLAIMED hydrophobic lenses is about 110°±10°.It is recommended to use 105°as the critical point.There was statistically significant difference in CLAIMED hydrophobic and UNCLAIMED hydrophobic lenses(t=-5.23,p<0.05).Using Laplace Young equation and Circle equation to calculate the same sample pictures,there was significant difference(t=4.08,p<0.05).The measurement error maybe is caused by the contact angle calculation model.This study can provide effective data for hydrophobicity measurement and requirements of CLAIMED hydrophobic lenses.
