摘　　要：宽厚板矫直机的辊系部分需具备在线快速换辊功能;换辊时需将安装在上横梁下部的上辊盒与上横梁快速松开,完成换辊后再快速锁紧,针对这一要求需设计一种运行可靠、检测自动化程度高的上辊盒快速锁紧装置。Roll system of wide and thick plate straightener should possess on-line fast roll changing function.The upper roll box mounted at the bottom of upper beam was loosened quickly from the upper beam during roll changing,then the device was quickly locked after roll changing.A upper roll box fast lock device with reliable operation and high detection automation degree would be designed to achieve the requirement.
