摘　　要：月牙剪是冷轧薄板生产线的重要剪切设备,其装配精度要求较高,针对该设备在制造车间的装配和调试难点,分别对两种结构月牙剪的装调过程进行研究,并从装配顺序和剪刃间隙调整方法等方面进行优化,有效保证了月牙剪的剪刃间隙精度要求,提高了装配生产效率,为同类型产品的生产提供了宝贵经验。Crescent shear is the key shear device of cold rolling thin plate production line,it required higher assembly precision.Regarding to assembly and commissioning difficulties of the shear in manufacture plant,assembly and commissioning process of crescent shears with two configurations have been researched respectively,meanwhile assembly sequence and shear blade clearance adjustment method have been optimized,which effectively guaranteed precision requirements of crescent shear blade clearance,improved assembly production efficiency to provide valuable experiments for manufacturing the same products.
