摘　　要：通过用三面刃铣刀盘加工法兰内侧止口底面的方法,对比分析,确定了刀具的实际尺寸,并根据实际工况,提出详细加工方案。降低了对刀具精度、操作人员技能等方面的要求,同时减少了辅助时间,提高了加工效率,解决了止口底面的加工和测量问题。By three face edge milling cutter machining rabbet bottom inside of flange,actual size of the cutter has been determined by contrast and analysis,further specific machining scheme has been put forward based on practical working situation,finally it reduced requirements of cutter precision and operational personnel skill,shortened auxiliary time,improved machining efficiency and solved machining and measuring issue of rabbet bottom.
