摘 要:为制备新型疝修补片,将聚乳酸-己内酯(P(LLA-CL))与纤维蛋白原以不同比例共混并纺丝,依托静电纺丝技术制备了一系列P(LLA-CL)/纤维蛋白原复合纳米纤维膜,结合扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱分析仪及细胞实验等对纤维膜片的微观形貌、表面成分、亲水性、力学性能和细胞相容性进行了表征。结果表明:P(LLA-CL)与纤维蛋白原共混后,所制得的纤维膜片均以纳米尺度纤维构成,孔隙率达到60%以上,且膜中存在纤维蛋白原成分;纤维蛋白原的加入使疏水性P(LLA-CL)的亲水性得到大幅提升,并改变了P(LLA-CL)材料原有的力学性能;最终获得的静电纺P(LLA-CL)/纤维蛋白原纳米纤维膜具有良好的细胞相容性,且因其含生长因子,促进了细胞增殖,具有潜在的诱导组织再生能力,有望应用于疝修补领域中。This paper reports on a research on preparation and characterization of a new tissue mesh engineered for hernia repair,where poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone)/P(LLA-CL)and fibrinogen were blended in different proportions for electro-spinning.A series of P(LLA-CL)/fibrinogen composite nanofiber membranes were prepared,and their micromorphology,surface composition,wettability,mechanical properties and cellular compatibility were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope,Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and cell experiments.The results showed that,after combining P(LLA-CL)with fibrinogen,the obtained fibrous membranes were all composed of nanoscale fibers and the porosity reached more than 60%.The addition of fibrinogen greatly improved the hydrophilicity of P(LLA-CL)and changed its original mechanical property.The results show that the P(LLA-CL)/fibrinogen nanofibrous membrane has a good cellular compatibility,and the high level porosity promotes the cell proliferation.In general,the nanofiber based hernia mesh demonstrates a great potential for tissue regeneration,providing a new hope for hernia repair.
