广东欠发达地区经济发展与城市规划关系研究——以广东省湛江市为例

摘　　要：目前广东亟需提高发展平衡性和协调性,促进欠发达地区城市发展,而城市规划对于城市发展具有重大意义。分析广东欠发达地区城市经济发展与城市规划关系有利于推进其城市规划建设,从而促进城市发展。以湛江市为例,研究湛江市自1949年以来的经济发展历程与城市总体规划历程,并对二者关系进行深入分析,发现二者相互作用,但经济发展战略对城市总体规划的编制及实施的影响更大。针对二者存在的相互作用关系,提出相关建议。Urban planning is of great significance for urban development,since it is now in urgent need for Guangdong province to improve development balance and coordination,and promote development in underdeveloped regions.The relationship between economic development and urban planning is examined in the underdeveloped regions of Guangdong,which is conducive to advancing its urban planning and construction,thus further promoting urban development.Zhanjiang city is selected as an example to study its history of economic development and urban planning since 1949,and analyze the relationship between them.Findings indicate that the economic development and urban planning interact with each other,and the strategy of economic development has a greater influence on the regulation and implementation of general urban planning.Then suggestions are proposed based on the such an interaction.
