摘 要:聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫是一种具有优异热力学性能的硬质泡沫,适合用作夹层结构的芯层材料,具有重要的应用价值。但是,PMI泡沫的制备具有一定难度,其形态和品质受原料配比、聚合条件和发泡工艺等影响显著。不仅如此,PMI的易燃性在一定程度上也限制它的推广应用,对其阻燃改性势在必行。从合成制备和阻燃改性两方面对PMI泡沫的研究进展进行了概述,重点探讨了其在合成和应用过程中存在的问题。基于此,对今后PMI泡沫的发展方向和研究内容进行了探讨。Polymethacrylimide(PMI)foam was a rigid foam with excellent thermodynamic properties,it was suitable for using as the core material of sandwich structure and had important application value.However,the preparation of PMI foam was difficult,and its structure and quality were significantly affected by the ratio of raw materials,polymerization conditions and foaming process.Not only that,the flammability of PMI limited its promotion and application to a certain extent,and flame-retardant modification was imperative.This paper reviewed the research progress of PMI foam from the aspects of synthetic preparation and flame-retardant modification,and focused on the problems in its synthesis and application.Based on this,the future development direction and research content of PMI foam were discussed.
