摘  要:分别以对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乳酸甲酯、乙二胺和三种醇氨为起始单体设计合成了4种不同种类的二酰胺二醇中间体,并通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振波谱法(NMR)对其结构进行表征。然后以制备的二酰胺二醇和己二酸为原料,通过熔融聚合反应合成了具有交替结构的聚酯酰胺,对产物结构和性能进行了详细表征。结果表明,半芳香族聚酯酰胺相比支链型聚酯酰胺具有更好的结晶性能,同时刚性苯环结构赋予半芳香族聚酯酰胺良好的热性能。在制备的一系列半芳香族聚酯酰胺中,随着二醇单体碳数的增加,聚合物呈现熔点降低、结晶性能提高的趋势,热分解温度变化不明显。Four kinds of diamide diol intermediates were designed and synthesized from dimethyl terephthalate,methyl lactate,ethylenediamine and three alcohol ammonia.Its chemical structure was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),respectively.Then,it was combined with adipic acid to synthesize the alternating polyester amides(PEA)by melt polymerization.The structure and properties of PEA were fully investigated.The results show that the semi-aromatic polyester amide has better crystallization properties than that of the branched polyester amide,and the presence of the rigid benzene ring structure provides the semi-aromatic polyester amide good thermal performance.Among the synthesized semi-aromatic polyester amides,its melting point decreases and the crystallization improves as the carbon number of the diol monomer increases,while the thermal decomposition temperature does not change significantly.
