摘 要:采用非溶剂致相转化法(NIPS)制备了热塑性聚氨酯/醋酸纤维素/氧化铝(TPU/CA/Al2O3)新型复合聚合物电解质(CPE)。通过添加不同比例的Al2O3来控制多孔膜的结构与性能。用X射线衍射光谱分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、电化学阻抗(EIS)和线性扫描伏安法(LSV)等对制备的TPU/CA/Al2O3复合膜进行了表征。结果表明,当Al2O3的含量达到9%时,膜的电化学性能最佳。该CPE在室温下的离子电导率为1.61 mS/cm,远高于TPU/CA膜(1.04 mS/cm)。该CPE的电化学窗口达到7 V(vs.Li/Li+)以上。与TPU/CA膜相比,该CPE膜的LiFePO 4/CPE/Li纽扣电池在室温下具有良好的循环稳定性和速率性能。这表明,TPU/CA/Al2O3 CPE有很大的潜能应用于5 V高压锂离子电池(LIB)中。A new composite polymer electrolyte(CPE)based on thermoplastic polyurethane/cellulose acetate/aluminium oxide(TPU/CA/Al2O3)blended polymer was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS).The structure and properties of the porous membrane were controlled by the addition of Al2O3.The performance of the membranes with different ratios of Al2O3 to TPU/CA were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),scan electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and linear sweep voltammetry(LSV).The results show when the ratio of Al2O3 achieves 9%,the membrane presents the best electrochemical performance.The ionic conductivity of this CPE is 1.61 mS/cm,which is much higher than the TPU/CA membrane(1.04 mS/cm)at room temperature.The electrochemical window of this CPE establishes over 7 V(vs.Li/Li+).The LiFePO 4/CPE/Li coin cell with this CPE displays excellent cyclic stability and rate performance at room temperature comparing with TPU/CA membrane.This suggests that TPU/CA/Al2O3 blended CPE has a high potential for 5 V high-voltage lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).
