摘 要:采用转矩流变仪混炼出纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)/交联聚乙烯(XLPE)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料,再用微型注塑机将复合材料加工成型。借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测试XLPE和HDPE的官能团情况,判断其相容的可能性。使用摆锤冲击试验机与摩擦磨损试验机测试nano-CaCO3/XLPE/HDPE复合材料的缺口冲击强度与摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察表面形貌并分析机理。结果表明,相比XLPE/HDPE共混物,当nano-CaCO3质量分数为7%时,nano-CaCO3/XLPE/HDPE复合材料的缺口冲击强度提高了18.3%,干滑动摩擦系数为0.140,降低了9.7%,比磨损率下降了74.5%,耐磨性显著提高,磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损。The nano-calcium carbonate(nano-CaCO3)/crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE)/high density polyethylene(HDPE)composite materials were mixed by torque rheometer,and then the composite materials were prepared and formed by micro injection molding machine.With the help of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)testing the functional groups of XLPE/HDPE,the possibility of compatibility was judged.The pendulum impact tester and friction and wear tester were used to test the notched impact strength and friction and wear properties of the composite material.The surface morphology was observed and the mechanism was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show when the content of nano-CaCO3 is 7%,the notched impact strength increases 18.3%comparing with XLPE/HDPE material.The dry sliding friction factor is 0.140,which has reduced 9.7%,and the specific wear rate reduces 74.5%,the wear resistance is significantly improved,and the wear mechanism is mainly abrasive wear.
