摘  要:采用偶联剂KH550对纳米纤维素晶体(NCC)进行改性得到KHNCC,再与聚(3-羟基丁酸酯-co-3-羟基戊酸酯)(PHBV)制备KHNCC/PHBV复合物,可以有效改善NCC热稳定性及其与PHBV的界面相容性、分散性。还考察了KHNCC作为纳米增强材料对PHBV的结晶行为的影响,结果显示,KHNCC对PHBV基体起异相成核作用,随着KHNCC含量的增加,PHBV由大球晶逐渐变小,导致复合材料的结晶温度及结晶度提高,但当KHNCC质量分数为1.2%时,结晶度最高,结晶最完善;KHNCC质量分数超过1.2%时,球晶尺寸略增大,结晶度下降,在KHNCC与NCC的质量分数同为1.2%时,KHNCC对PHBV的增强作用更好,弯曲强度比PHBV提高29%。Using coupling agent KH550 to modify NCCs(nano-cellulose whisker)and preparing KHNCC(KH550 modified nano-cellulose whisker)/PHBV(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)can effectively improve the thermal stability of NCC and its interfacial compatibility and dispersibility with PHBV.The effect of KHNCC as nano reinforced material on the crystallization behavior of PHBV were discussed.The results show that KHNCC has heterogeneous nucleation effect on PHBV matrix.As the increase of KHNCC contents,PHBV becomes smaller from large spherulite,which leads to the increase of crystallization temperature and crystallinity of the composite.When the content of KHNCC is 1.2%,the highest degree of crystallinity could be obtained and the crystal is the most perfect.When the content is more than 1.2%,the spherulite size increases slightly and crystallinity decreases.When the content of KHNCC and NCC are 1.2%,the enhancement effect of KHNCC on PHBV is better.The bending strength is 29%higher than PHBV.
