摘  要:采用不同抗氧剂体系(1098,168,H10,受阻酚与亚磷酸酯复配抗氧剂A和B)对透明尼龙PA6T/6I进行多次挤出改性,利用透光率/雾度测试仪、分光测色仪、热失重分析等研究了抗氧剂对PA6T/6I的黄变、透明性及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,抗氧剂的引入提高了PA6T/6I的透光率和黄变性能,有机抗氧体系明显降低尼龙的雾度,而无机抗氧剂H10增加了尼龙的雾度;复配抗氧剂B改性的PA6T/6I在五次挤出前后透光率保持85%,雾度保持在9.3%,色差(ΔE)保持3.0,比传统抗氧剂1098/168复配体系在多次加工过程中表现出更佳的透明和颜色稳定性。Transparent nylon(PA)6T/6I were modified with different antioxidant systems(1098,168,H10,blocked phenol and phosphite complex antioxidant A and B)by physical blending method.The effect of antioxidant on the yellowing index,transparency and heat stability of PA6T/6I were studied by transmittance/haze test,spectrophotometer,thermogravimetric analysis and so on.The experimental results indicate that the yellowing resistance and the transparency of PA6T/6I are significantly improved with the addition of antioxidants.The organic antioxidant system significantly decreases the haze of nylon and the inorganic antioxidant H10 has increased the haze of nylon.The transparency for five extrusion of the PA6T/6I compounded with antioxidant B could maintain 85%and the haze could maintain 9.3%,the color difference value(ΔE)could maintain 3.0.It shows better transparency and color stability than traditional antioxidant 1908/168 compounded system in the multiple processing.
