摘 要:首先在不同接枝反应温度和双螺杆挤出机转速下制备了接枝马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH),再以其为增韧剂,采用挤出熔融共混法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/POE-g-MAH共混物。采用力学性能测试、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差热分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、热变形温度维卡测定仪等研究了POE-g-MAH对PET结构与性能的影响。结果表明,POE-g-MAH的相对接枝率随接枝温度和螺杆转速改变呈规律性变化。在接枝温度270℃,螺杆转速分别为100、600 r/min条件下制备的POE-g-MAH按30%比例与PET共混,共混物缺口冲击强度分别是纯PET的4.31倍、5.04倍。共混物的热变形温度、熔融结晶温度均降低,接枝温度比螺杆转速对共混物的热变形温度、结晶温度影响大。The grafted maleic anhydride graft ethylene octene copolymer(POE-g-MAH)was prepared at different temperatures and twin-screw extruder speeds.Then taking it as toughening agent,the polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/POE-g-MAH blends were prepared by extrusion melt blending method.The effects of POE-g-MAH on the structure and properties of PET were studied by mechanical properties test,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential thermal analyzer,scanning electron microscope(SEM),vicat apparatus and so on.The results show that the relative grafting degree of POE-g-MAH changes regularly with the change of grafting temperature and screw speed.The notched impact strength of POE-g-MAH(30%)blends with PET is 4.31 times and 5.04 times higher than that of pure PET when the grafting temperature is 270℃,and the screw speed is 100 r/min and 600 r/min,respectively.The hot deformation temperature and melting crystallization temperature of the blends decrease,and the grafting temperature has a greater influence on the thermal deformation temperature and crystallization temperature than the screw speed.
