摘 要:研究了玻璃纤维(GF)填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的力学性能和摩擦性能的变化,以及在GF/PTFE复合材料中减少GF含量增加空心玻璃微珠(HGM)含量带来的性能影响。结果表明,填充GF会显著提高GF/PTFE复合材料的耐磨性能,不过会降低PTFE材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,同时提高其摩擦系数。在GF/PTFE复合材料中减少GF含量增加HGM含量,会提高GF/HGM/PTFE复合材料的压缩率而降低回复率。The changes of the mechanical and friction properties of glass fiber(GF)filled polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composites were studied,and the effects of reducing GF content and increasing hollow glass beads(HGM)content in GF/PTFE composites were studied.The research results show that filling GF can significantly improve the wear resistance of GF/PTFE composites,but it can reduce the tensile strength and fracture elongation of PTFE materials,while increasing its coefficient of friction.Reducing GF content and increasing HGM content in GF/PTFE composite materials can increase the compression rate and reduce the recovery rate of GF/HGM/PTFE composite materials.
