摘  要:以尼龙6(PA6)为基体材料,采用化学发泡剂,分别通过开模工艺和欠注工艺制备了不同减重的发泡PA6试样。研究了发泡PA6的力学性能和热性能。结果表明,开模工艺和欠注工艺下,减重增大,发泡PA6的拉伸强度、冲击强度均降低,热变形温度也下降;开模工艺在泡孔质量、表面质量、力学性能、热性能等方面均比欠注工艺好。Using nylon 6(PA6)as the matrix material and chemical foaming agent,the foamed PA6 samples with different weight loss were prepared by mould opening process and short shot process.The mechanical and thermal properties of foaming PA6 were studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of weight loss,the specific tensile strength and impact strength of foaming PA6 decrease,and the thermal deformation temperature also decreases.The mould opening process is better than short shot process in terms of bubble quality,surface quality,mechanical properties and thermal properties.
