摘　　要：近代以来日本垂涎于中国东北的黄金资源,在九一八事变前主要采取以调查为主、侵占为辅的政策掠夺中国东北的金矿。九一八事变后,日本奉行以侵占为主、调查为辅的政策,并主要通过“满洲采金株式会社”和“满洲矿业开发株式会社”等特殊会社全面垄断整个东北的金矿经营,掀起掠夺东北黄金资源的高潮。日本对东北黄金资源的掠夺危害性巨大,扼杀了中国资本,消耗了东北的黄金储量,残害了东北的金矿工人,给中国人民带来灾难。Since modern times,Japan coveted the gold resources in Northeast China.Before the Mukden Incident,Japan mainly took the policy of investigation and occupation as auxiliary to plunder the gold mines in Northeast China.After the Mukden Incident,Japan mainly pursued the policy of occupation and investigation as auxiliary,and monopolized the whole gold mining operation in Northeast China mainly through special companies such as“Manchuria Gold Mining Co.Ltd.”and“Manchuria Mining Exploration Co.Ltd.”,which set off the upsurge of plundering the gold resources in Northeast China.Japan’s plunder of the gold resources in Northeast China was extremely harmful.It strangled Chinese capital,consumed the gold reserves in Northeast China,hurt the gold miners in Northeast China,and brought disaster to the Chinese people.
