涉农企业参股银行对企业主业业绩的影响研究

摘　　要：基于2008-2019年中国A股和新三板涉农企业数据,分析了涉农企业参股银行对企业主业业绩的影响,并对影响机制进行了实证分析,同时剖析了区域普惠金融服务水平的调节作用。研究发现第一,涉农企业参股银行有助于提升企业主业业绩;第二,涉农企业参股涉农类银行将提升企业主业业绩,参股非涉农类银行则不会对企业主业业绩产生影响。产生以上影响的机制在于,企业参股涉农类银行有助于优化农业供应链融资环境,培育更多中小客户,降低企业对大客户的依赖风险。进一步讨论发现,在普惠金融服务水平越低的区域,企业参股银行对企业主业业绩的提升作用越大。Based on the data of agro-related enterprises in China's A-share market and NEEQ from 2008 to 2019,this paper analyses the impact of equity investment in banking industry of agro-related enterprises on their core business performance and the impact mechanism,and analyzes the regulatory role of regional inclusive financial service level.It finds that firstly,the equity investment in banking industry of agro-related enterprises is conducive to improve the enterprises'core business performance.Secondly,if agro-related enterprises hold shares in agro-related banks instead of non-agro-related banks,it will promote the enterprises'core business performance.The impact mechanism is that the enterprise holding shares in agro-related bank can help optimize the financing environment of agricultural supply chain,cultivate more small and medium-sized customers,and reduce the risk of dependence on big customers.Further discussion finds that in the region where the level of inclusive financial services is lower,the role of shareholding in banks in improving their core business performance is stronger.
