摘  要:气力式播种机气力输送系统是影响气力式播种机性能的关键。为此,首先对气力式播种机气力输送系统流场特性的研究方法与手段从理论分析、数值模拟、实测试验3个方面分别进行了分析和归纳;然后按照气力式播种机气力输送系统工作过程对国内外的研究现状进行了综述。研究结果表明:目前的研究主要通过试验获取气力式播种机气力输送系统操作及结构参数,欠缺完整设计方法,相关设计开发和操作运行环节仍带有一定的半经验主义,理论研究依然处于初级阶段。经验模型、多种流体力学模型及软件也被用来研究气力式播种机的气力输送系统,但在描述流动机理及对流场特性定量模拟上还有一些困难。因此,描述气力式播种机气力输送系统流场特性仍是一个极具挑战的研究领域,需要深入研究其中的气固两相流理论,建立更加真实的仿真模型,使得研究更加贴合实际,从而为气力式播种机向高速、宽幅、自动化方向发展奠定坚实的基础。The key component for designers of air seeders is the design of the pneumatic conveying system.As a result,the study on the flow field characteristics of pneumatic conveying system in the air seeder is very important which involves research fields such as Gas-solid Flow and Particle Collision.In this paper,the research methods on the flow field characteristics of the pneumatic conveying system of air seeders are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,experiments and tests.Then literatures are reviewed as the sequences of the working process of pneumatic conveying system of the air seeder.Experimental work has been mainly carried out to determine a range of parameters,such as pressure drop,particle velocity,flow regime and the structural parameters.Models ranging from empirical to CFD models are also being developed.Further work is needed to improve understanding of multiphase pneumatic convey systems in the development of air seeders.
