摘  要:为解决农用涡旋压缩机切向和径向泄漏的问题,对涡旋压缩机的密封装置进行了设计和优化。涡旋压缩机的主要由防自转结构、支架体、动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘组成,其主要工作部件为动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘。采用迷宫密封结构及定长流动理论进行密封流场的计算,并利用湍流模型对通道模型进行计算,优化迷宫槽尺寸和结构,以提高密封性。对迷宫密封的泄漏量进行试验,确定了泄漏量的计算公式,并通过试验证明了迷宫密封方式的密封效果良好。Aiming at the problem of agricultural scroll compressor,the sealing device of the scroll compressor was designed and improved.The scroll compressor was constituted of anti-rotation mechanism,stent body,dynamic vortex plate and static vortex plate,the main working parts were the dynamic and static vortex plate.The airtightness and size of the labyrinth slot were improved by using labyrinth seal.Calculate the flow field and channel model by constant length flow theory and turbulence model.By carrying out test to the leakage of the labyrinth seal,the calculation formula of the leakage was established.The test results show that the sealing effect of the labyrinth seal was well.
