摘　　要：目的通过危急值信息化管理提升医政管理的效率和质量。方法通过"鱼骨图"找出危急值弊端产生原因,并对2018年7月至2019年12月的危急值数据进行回顾性分析,通过t检验评估危急值信息系统应用后的效果。结果通过2018—2019年不同阶段危急值30分钟内处置率比较,P<0.01(P=0.001),差异具有统计学意义。结论危急值信息化管理平台明显改进危急值管理质量,提高运行效率。Objective To improve the efficiency and quality of hospital administration through critical val⁃ue information system.Methods The fishbone diagram was used to find out the causes of the drawbacks of critical value,and the critical value data from July 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the effect after the application of critical value information system by t test.Results Through the comparison of dispos⁃al rates within 30 minutes of critical values in different stages from 2018 to 2019,the results revealed statistically significant difference,P<0.01(P=0.001).Conclusion The critical value information management platform can help improve the quality and operating efficiency of critical value management.
