摘　　要：以"功能"属性和"服务"属性两者有机结合的建设思路,构建苏州大学附属第二医院机构知识库,归纳总结在实践中遇到的问题,并提出完善和优化的解决方案,以实现医院机构知识库的可持续性发展。Based on the idea of combining"function"attribute and"service"attribute,this paper constructs the institutional repository of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,summarizes the problems encountered in practice,and puts forward solutions for refinement and optimization,so as to realize the sustainable development of the institutional repository of the hospital.
