摘  要:目的探索将质量控制活动(QC)活动用于管理急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期抗血小板药物规范使用的实施方法,并观察其对预后的影响。方法成立QC小组,遵循:计划-执行-检查-处理(PDCA)循环的方法,对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)早期使用双联抗血小板药物的情况及患者预后进行现状调查,找到药物使用过程中存在的主要问题,分析其原因并进行要因确认,针对要因制定整改措施并组织实施,实施3个周期后对整改效果进行评价、总结。结果双联抗血小板药物使用及时率由QC活动前的0.00%提高到94.20%;双联抗血小板药物使用规范率由0.00%提高到96.70%。结论QC活动可以通过科学的管理方法优化急性心肌梗死双联抗血小板药物使用流程,提高双联抗血小板药物使用的及时率和规范率。Objective To explore the implementation method of Quality Control(QC)activities in regulating the use of antiplatelet agents for acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in early stage,and to observe its effect on prognosis.Methods Set up QC team by plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle method to study the use of dual antiplatelet for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)in early stage,and investigate the prognostic status of patients.Find out the main issues concerning the drug use,analyze the causes and determine essential factors.Formulate and implement the relevant rectification measures.Assess and summarize the overall effects of rectification after three implementation cycles.Results The timely usage rate of dual antiplatelet drugs increases from 0.00%before QC activities to 94.20%.The standard usage rate of dual antiplatelet drugs increases from 0.00%to 96.70%.Conclusion QC activities can optimize the process of dual antiplatelet agents use in acute myocardial infarction through scientific management methods,and improve the timely usage rate and standard usage rate of dual antiplatelet agents.
