摘 要:无功补偿成套装置中的串联电抗器采用固体绝缘结构,针对其运行中匝间短路故障频发且检测手段不足问题,提出了基于损耗因数的串联电抗器匝间绝缘监测技术。分析了串联电抗器发生匝间短路故障的原因,建立电抗器匝间短路等效电路,针对其故障特征研究了电抗器匝间短路监测的技术方案,并通过有限元仿真软件验证了所提方案的可行性和有效性。The series reactor in the complete set of reactive power compensation device adopts a solid insulation structure.Aiming at the problems of frequent occurrence of inter-turn short-circuit faults of series reactors in reactive power compensation equipment and insufficient detection methods,this paper proposed a monitoring technique for inter-turn insulation of series reactors based on loss factor.And the cause of the inter-turn short-circuit fault of the series reactor was briefly analyzed;then,the equivalent circuit of the inter-turn short circuit of the reactor was established,and the technical scheme of the inter-turn short circuit monitoring of the reactor was studied according to its fault characteristics;Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are verified by finite element simulation software.
