摘  要:为解决跨流域水库群最优供水调度问题,以忻定盆地-阳泉跨流域供水系统为例,结合该地区的水库群及供水区特点,优化引调水规则和供水规则,设置引水控制线和减少引水控制线将受水水库库容分为3个区间,设置调水控制线将水源水库库容划分为2个区间,以此建立跨流域水库联合调度模型进行合理调度。结合实例对优化后的引调水规则和优化模型的可行性进行检验,结果表明:优化后的引调水规则和调度模型减少了弃水量,提高了忻定盆地-阳泉跨流域水库群联合调度的引水效率。In order to solve the issue of optimal water supply operation for inter⁃basin reservoir group,this article took Xinding basin⁃Yan⁃gquan as an example,considering the characteristics of the reservoir group and water supply area in this area and optimized the water diver⁃sion and water supply rules and set the diversion control line and reduction control line.As a result,the storage capacity of the receiving res⁃ervoir was divided into three sections and the storage capacity of the water source reservoir was divided into two sections,a model of inter ba⁃sin reservoir joint operation was established for reasonable operation.Combined with the example,the feasibility of the optimized water diver⁃sion rules and optimization model was tested.The results show that the optimized water diversion rules and dispatching model reduce the a⁃bandoned water and improve the water supply guarantee rate of Xinding basin⁃Yangquan.
