摘  要:橡胶废料可作为掺和料用于对防渗混凝土改性。为了研究橡胶废料对混凝土防渗性能的改善效果,制备了3种粒径、4种掺量的橡胶混凝土试样,开展渗透试验和核磁共振扫描试验,从而分析混凝土防渗性能与孔隙分布的关系。结果表明:橡胶废料的粒径越小,其渗透高度值越小,且防渗性能随橡胶含量增加呈先增后减的趋势;随橡胶废料掺量增加,表征孔隙结构的核磁共振T2分布曲线发生显著改变;掺入20%橡胶废料的混凝土防渗性能最佳,且密实程度也最高,大裂隙完全被填充,中、小孔隙数量相继减少;掺入橡胶废料对混凝土防渗性能的改性存在积极和消极两种效果,橡胶废料含量是控制防渗效果的关键。Rubber waste is a new kind of environmental protection and high⁃performance material,which can be used in the production of im⁃pervious concrete material.In order to study the improvement effect of rubber waste on the impermeability of concrete,three kinds of particle sizes and four kinds of admixtures of rubber concrete were designed to conduct the tests.The results show that the smaller the rubber particle size is,the better the impermeability is.And with the increase of the particle content,the impermeability increases first and decreases later.And the T2 distribution curves from NMR tests showsthat the pore structure changes significantly.The impermeability of rubber concrete with 20%rubber powder has the best impermeability in the tests.The pore structure of the sample changes significantly with the increase of the proportion of rubber powder.With the content of 20%rubber particles mixed into the concrete samples,the large cracks are fully filled and the density is increased significantly.Rubber particles have the both favorable and unfavorable effects on the impermeability of concrete and the content of rubber particles is the key to control the effect of modification.
