培哚普利氨氯地平片(Ⅲ)复方制剂治疗原发性高血压的临床效果、依从性及经济性分析

摘　　要：目的:评估培哚普利氨氯地平片(Ⅲ)治疗原发性中高度高血压患者的临床效果、依从性及经济性。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年12月收治的原发性高血压患者100例,按年龄、血压水平、性别匹配分为单片复方制剂(SPC)组和联合用药组,各50例。SPC组服用培哚普利氨氯地平片(Ⅲ)治疗,联合用药组服用氨氯地平片+培哚普利片治疗,均治疗6个月。通过对2组患者定期随访,了解患者血压达标情况、用药依从性情况及不良反应等,并对总体疗效及用药花费进行成本-效果比值法比较。结果:2组患者随访后发现,坐位血压均较治疗前显著下降,组间无显著性差异。用药8周之前,2组人群依从性和达标率无显著性差异,第12周随访发现SPC组依从性和达标率均显著高于对照组。2组不良反应例数都较少,无显著性差异。SPC组的成本-效果比值比对照组低,可以减轻患者药物费用负担。结论:培哚普利氨氯地平片(Ⅲ)复方制剂治疗原发性高血压效果明显。SPC可以优化血压管理,明显改善治疗依从性,降低患者药物成本。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy,compliance and economy of perindopril arginine and amlodipine besylate tablets(Ⅲ) in patients with grade 2-3 essential hypertension.METHODS A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into single pill combination(SPC) group(n=50) and control group(n=50) according to age,blood pressure level and gender matching.The SPC group was treated with perindopril amlodipine tablets(Ⅲ),and the control group was treated with amlodipine tablets+perindopril tablets,both for 6 months.All patients were followed 6 months and the situation of blood pressure/pill taken and cost were recorded in each routine clinical visit.RESULTS After follow-up,the sitting blood pressure of patients in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,with no significant difference.Before 8 weeks of medication,there was no significant difference in compliance and compliance rate between the two groups,and follow-up at week 12 revealed that compliance and compliance rate were significantly higher in the SPC group than in the control group.The number of adverse reactions in the two groups was small,with no significant difference.The cost-effectiveness ratio of the SPC group was lower than that of the control group,which could reduce the burden of drug costs for patients.CONCLUSION Perindopril and amlodipine tablets(Ⅲ) compound preparation is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension.SPC can optimize blood pressure management,significantly improve treatment compliance,and reduce patient medication costs.
