摘　　要：目前金标卡尺寸类型多样,金标卡定量分析类仪器多与其特定尺寸金标卡配套使用,针对上述情况,设计一款可调固定式金标卡定量仪。在卡槽设计中采用一种弹簧卡座用于调节固定,可用于多尺寸金标卡检测,解决了卡宽与仪器卡槽不匹配、检测受限的问题。本仪器选用硅光电池作为系统传感器置于密闭光学暗箱中,用于接收光源照射金标卡反射的光信号,经I/V转换、放大滤波电路等调理,将模拟量转换为数字量传送至STM32。选择算法建立模型对待测物进行计算分析,将结果显示存储并打印。最后通过三聚氰胺标定样本对系统测试,结果表明系统具有较高的稳定性与准确性,变异系数小于4%,绝对误差小于0.033μg/mL。该仪器解决了传统金标卡定性的局限,实现了金标卡尺寸及待测物多样性的定量检测,在性能上具备即时检测(POCT)产品所需小型化、检测速度快、稳定性好、准确度高等优点。At present,there are various sizes and types of gold standard cards.Quantitative analysis instruments are mostly used with gold standard cards of specific size.In view of the above situation,this paper designs an adjustable fixed gold card quantifier.In this study,a spring card seat was used for adjusting and fixing in the card slot design,which can be used for the detection of multi-size gold standard card,thus solving the problem that the width of the card does not match the card slot of the instrument and the detection is limited.This instrument uses silicon photocell as the system sensor placed in a closed optical dark box,which is used to receive the light signal reflected by the gold standard card irradiated by the light source.After I/V conversion,amplification and filtering circuit,etc.,the analog quantity is converted into digital quantity and transmitted to STM32.Select the algorithm to build the model and treat the test object for calculation and analysis,and the results are displayed,stored and printed.Finally,the system was tested with melamine calibration samples.The results showed that the system had high stability and accuracy,with the coefficient of variation less than 4%and the absolute error less than 0.033μg/mL.This instrument solves the limitation of traditional gold standard card qualitativeness,realizes the quantitative detection of the size diversity of gold standard card and the diversity of objects to be measured,and has the advantages of miniaturization for Point-of-care Testing(POCT)products,fast detection speed,good stability and high accuracy.
