摘 要:针对电刷镀工艺在仿生润湿性研究领域作为微纳表面制备方法的应用现状,优化了一种面向实验室的基于80C51单片机的新型电刷镀装置。通过分析电刷镀工艺,制定镀液自动循环、工件自动清洗和采用偏置曲柄滑块机构作为运动机构的设计方案。同时在Autodesk Inventor软件中构建装置三维仿真模型;根据设计方案用Altium De⁃signer软件绘制电路原理图;利用Keil uVision4软件编写、调试、优化单片机控制程序;然后在Proteus软件中实现电路原理仿真;模型和仿真结果证实这种电刷镀装置设计具有可实现性。利用该电刷镀装置的试验样机进行电刷镀操作,获得和手工电刷镀实验结果相近的优异疏水性效果,实现了人机转换,并改善了实验人员工作环境和刷镀质量不稳定等问题。Aiming at the application status of brush plating technology as a preparation method of micro-nano surface in the field of biomimetic wettability research,a new brush plating device based on 80C51 single chip microcomputer for laboratory is optimized in this paper.Through the analysis of brush plating technology,t he design scheme of plating solution automatic circulation,automatic cleaning of workpiece and the use of offset crank slider mechanism as a moving mechanism is developed.At the same time,the 3d simulation model of device is built in Autodesk Inventor software.Draw circuit schematic diagram with Altium Designer according to the design scheme;Keil uVision4 software is used to write,debug and optimize the single chip microcomputer control program.Then the circuit principle simulation is realized in Proteus software.The model and simulation results show that the design of the brush plating device is feasible.The experimental prototype of the brush plating device is used for the operation of brush plating,and the excellent hydrophobic effect is obtained,which is similar to the experimental result of manual brush plating,the man-machine conversion is realized,and the problems of working environment and unstable brush plating quality are improved.
