综合医院加速康复外科相关医疗卫生资源配置现状

摘　　要：加速康复外科模式在外科围手术期取得了良好的临床效果和社会效益。医疗卫生资源的合理配置能促进医疗卫生事业持续、稳定、健康地发展,加速康复外科的全面逐步实施需要相关医疗卫生资源的投入,但目前综合医院加速康复外科相关医疗卫生资源配置还存在人力资源配置不足,物力资源配置不匹配,财力资源配置无保障,信息平台建设不完善、不成熟,方案标准尚未实现本土化、数据化等问题。建议优化加速康复外科团队人力资源,统筹安排加速康复外科物力资源,有效管理加速康复外科财力资源,加快建设加速康复外科医疗信息平台,优化加速康复外科方案标准。The Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)model has achieved good clinical effect and social benefits during the perioperative period of surgery.The rational allocation of medical and health resources can promote the sustainable,stable and healthy development of medical and health undertakings.The comprehensive and gradual implementation of ERAS needs the investment of relevant medical and health resources.However,the current allocation of medical and health resources related to ERAS in comprehensive hospitals still has problems,such as insufficient human resource allocation,mismatched material resources allocation,insecure financial resource allocation,imperfect and immature information platform construction,and program standards that have not yet achieved localization and dataization.It is suggested to optimize the human resources of ERAS team,make overall arrangements for ERAS material resources,effectively manage the financial resources of ERAS,speed up the construction of ERAS medical information platform,and optimize the standards of ERAS scheme.
