摘　　要：现代医院要求治理体系上权责清晰、管理科学、治理完善、运行高效、监督有力,建立现代医院管理制度就是要实现医院治理体系和管理能力现代化。以试点医院为出发点探讨了公立医院治理结构和治理制度体系的构建,并分析了取得的社会效应和实践绩效,以期为我国公立医院建立健全现代医院管理制度提供借鉴意义。Modern hospitals require clear power and responsibility,scientific management,perfect management,efficient operation and powerful supervision.The establishment of Modern Hospital Management system is to realize the modernization of hospital management system and management capability.The paper discusses the construction of the governance structure and governance system of public hospitals,and analyzes the social effect and practical performance of the pilot hospitals to provide reference for establishment and perfect of the modern hospital management system.
