复合胶体技术在煤矸石山自燃治理中的应用

摘  要:采煤伴生的煤矸石在地面堆置过程中形成矸石山,其极易自燃并释放出大量有毒有害气体,这些气体会污染矿区环境,危害人畜健康。本文针对煤矸石山自燃的条件,提出以成本低、耐高温、无毒无害的复合胶体防灭火技术治理煤矸石山自燃;通过分析复合胶体防灭火的原理,对复合胶体防灭火系统的构成和防灭火的工艺流程进行介绍,并对复合胶体技术在煤矸石山自燃治理中的应用效果进行总结。结果表明:复合胶体材料具备制备成本低廉,降温、隔氧两方面作用,注胶深且有针对性,以及复燃几率低的优点,可在煤矸石山自燃治理中推广应用。Coal gangue associated with coal mining forms a gangue pile in the course of ground stacking. Gangue dump is very easy to spontaneously ignite and release a large number of toxic and harmful gases,which can pollute the environment of mining area and endanger human and animal health. In view of the conditions of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue pile,a technology of low cost,high temperature resistance,non-toxic and harmless composite colloid fire prevention and extinguishment technology is put forward to govern the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue pile. Based on the analysis of the principle of fire prevention and extinguishment of compound colloid,the composition of compound colloid fire prevention and extinguishment system and the process flow of fire prevention and extinguishment are introduced,and the application effect of composite colloid technology in the treatment on spontaneous combustion of coal gangue pile is summarized. It is concluded that the composite colloidal material has such advantages as low preparation cost,cooling and oxygen isolation,deep and targeted injection of glue,and low reburning probability,which can be widely applied in the treatment on spontaneous combustion of coal gangue pile.
