摘  要:为在保证高锰铝青铜耐腐蚀性能的前提下,提高高锰铝青铜的强度,分别在高锰铝青铜中添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%Cr进行微合金化,并对试样进行微观组织分析、力学性能测试以及均匀腐蚀性能测试。结果表明,铸态直接热处理可以使添加0.3%Cr的铝青铜实现强化,在300℃下保温2 h后合金强度达到峰值,此时添加0.3%Cr的铝青铜抗拉强度为821 MPa,硬度为227 HV0.5,断后伸长率为15.1%。尽管添加0.3%Cr的铝青铜在热处理后均匀腐蚀速率略有提高,但仍属于符合国家标准的极耐腐蚀材料。In order to improve the strength of high manganese aluminum bronze while ensuring the corrosion resistance of high manganese aluminum bronze,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%Cr were added to the high manganese aluminum bronze for micro-alloying respectively.Microstructure analysis,mechanical property test and uniform corrosion property test are carried out on the sample.The results show that the direct heat treatment in the cast state can strengthen the aluminum bronze with 0.3%Cr,and the alloy strength reaches the peak after holding at 300℃for 2 h.At this time,the tensile strength of the aluminum bronze with 0.3%Cr is 821 MPa,the hardness is 227 HV0.5 and the elongation after break is 15.1%.Although aluminum bronze added with 0.3%Cr has a slightly increased uniform corrosion rate after heat treatment,it is still an extremely corrosion-resistant material that meets national standards.
