摘 要:以氨基黑10B为目的污染物,研究了催化剂添加量、提纯铁酸锌添加量、溶液初始浓度、溶液初始pH值、光照时间等对氨基黑10B的降解影响规律。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛时,400℃温度下得到的二氧化钛与提纯铁酸锌物理混合光催化氨基黑10B的效果最好;光催化反应中,提纯铁酸锌添加量对氨基黑10B的去除率影响不明显;溶液初始浓度、初始pH值对氨基黑10B的去除率影响大;在提纯铁酸锌/二氧化钛复合物中,当提纯铁酸锌掺杂量质量占比为15%时,氨基黑10B的去除率最高,光照60 min可达98.01%。With amino black 10B as the pollutant,the effects of the amount of catalyst added,the amount of purified zinc ferrite,the initial concentration of the solution,the initial pH of the solution,and the light time on the degradation of amino black 10B were studied.The results show that when the titanium dioxide is prepared by the sol-gel method at 400℃,the physical mixing of the titanium dioxide and purified zinc ferrite photocatalytic amino black 10B is the best.In the photocatalytic reaction,the effect of zinc ferrite content on the removal rate of amino black 10B is not obvious,and the initial concentration of the solution and the initial pH value have a great effect on the removal rate of amino black 10B.In the purified zinc ferrite/titanium dioxide composite,the removal rate of amino black 10B was the highest,and it could reach 98.01%in 60 min of light when the purified zinc ferrite doping amount accounts for 15%of the mass.
