摘  要:松雅湖是湖南省最大的城市湖泊,为探究生态修复对松雅湖的改善效果,对松雅湖的水生态现状进行调研和评价.另外,结合浮游生物完整性(P-IBI)与因子分析,从生物完整性角度对各区域水生态状况进行排序.结果显示,2018年松雅湖各区域水体介于Ⅱ类与Ⅴ类水之间,全湖优于Ⅲ类水的出现频次占比27%,修复区内优于Ⅲ类水的出现频次占比为30%.修复区营养盐浓度与2013-2015年相比大幅下降,但生物多样性指数仍处于较低水平.松雅湖9月时水生态状况得分最低,其中以湖区中部水生态状况最差,存在局部水华的风险.除此之外,相关性分析研究显示水温、总磷(TP)、溶解氧(DO)以及化学需氧量(CODMn)等环境因子与表征松雅湖生态状况的公因子相关.本研究表明生态修复对松雅湖湖体水质起到了明显的改善作用,但生物多样性仍处于受损状态,控制外源营养盐输入、及时清除有机聚集体以及控制内源污染释放对进一步修复改善松雅湖水质及水生态状况具有积极意义.(图5表2参53)Songya Lake is the largest urban lake in the Hunan Province.The aquatic ecosystem status was analyzed and evaluated in 2018 to study the effects of ecological restoration in Songya Lake.This study combined the biological integrity index and factor analysis,sorted ecological health states by score,and evaluated the ecosystem status from the perspective of biological integrity.The results demonstrated that the water quality in Songya Lake ranged from Grade II to V levels,with 27%of sample points better than Grade III.Total phosphorus(TP)and total nitrogen concentrations in 2018 were lower than those during 2013–2015,whereas the plankton biodiversity index remained low.September had the lowest health integrated score.The ecological condition of the central area without restoration was the worst,and it was at risk from cyanobacterial blooms.Moreover,the correlation between the common and environmental factors showed that temperature,TP,dissolved oxygen,and CODMn were the main factors related to the ecological health status of Songya Lake.In conclusion,this study indicated that ecological restoration had improved the water quality;however,plankton biodiversity was still damaged.Controlling the input of exogenous nitrogen and phosphorus sources and the release of endogenous pollution by the timely removal of organic aggregates had a positive effect on the water quality and ecological status of Songya Lake.
