摘 要:辅助T细胞在哺乳动物免疫系统中发挥着重要作用,CD4+T细胞分化为不同的辅助T细胞对正常免疫调节和宿主防御至关重要。这些精心调控的分化过程由不同细胞因子、转录因子、表观遗传修饰及代谢等参与控制,从而产生多个CD4+T细胞亚群,包括Th1、Th2、Th9、Th17、滤泡辅助性T细胞(Tfh)、Th22和调节性T细胞(Treg)。辅助T细胞的异常分化可能参与炎症和自身免疫性疾病的发病机制。本文探讨不同细胞因子、转录因子、表观遗传修饰及代谢在决定特定Th细胞分化中的作用,包括IL-2在促进或抑制Th分化中的作用,并讨论了不同亚群分化造成的免疫功能紊乱而引起的自身免疫性疾病,从而为开发新的疾病治疗方法提供思路。Helper T cells play an important role in the immune system of mammals,and the differentiation of CD4+T cells into different helper T cells is essential for normal immune regulation and host defense.These well-regulated differentiation processes are controlled by different cytokines,transcription factors,epigenetic modifications and metabolism,resulting in multiple CD4+T cell subsets,including Th1,Th2,Th9,Th17,follicular helper T cells(Tfh),Th22,and regulatory T cells(Treg).Abnormal differentiation of helper T cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.In this review,we discusses the different cytokines,transcription factors,epigenetic modifications and metabolism in determining specific Th the role of cell differentiation,including IL-2 to promote or inhibit the role of Th differentiation,and discusses the different subgroup differentiation caused by immune dysfunction of autoimmune disease,which provide ideas for the development of new diseases treatment.
