摘　　要：过去一年中,突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在全球范围内迅速传播,给人们生活及社会造成巨大影响,也是对生命科学及医学研究的重大挑战。免疫学研究在解析新型冠状病毒与人体免疫系统的互相作用机制方面取得了诸多突破性进展,为揭示COVID-19发病机制、寻找有效治疗方法、设计开发新型疫苗提供了关键证据。与此同时,免疫学基础理论研究和转化医学应用等领域研究持续发展,在宿主抗病原体天然免疫应答、免疫与代谢交叉调节、免疫应答的表观遗传调控、神经免疫炎症、肿瘤免疫治疗等方面取得了重要成就。本文将综述COVID-19免疫学研究领域的最新进展以及2020年其他免疫学基础理论和转化应用方向的代表性成果,展望免疫学研究的挑战和方向。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a worldwide emergency in past year,bringing huge impact on people′s lives and society.There have been great advances in research of interaction between SARS-CoV-2 and human immune system,outlining novel clues for revealing pathogenesis of COVID-19,developing effective treatments and new vaccines.Also,there are a series of important achievements in both basic immunological research and translational medical applications,especially in fields of anti-pathogen innate immune response,cross-regulation of immunity and metabolism,epigenetic regulation of immune response,neuroimmunology and neuroinflammation,and tumor immunotherapy.Here,we will review recent achievements in immunological researches during 2020,and discuss future challenges and direction.
