摘  要:由于低地板车辆用轮边直驱永磁同步电机整体悬挂于架构外侧,电机存在轴向空间短、结构紧凑、转矩密度高、损耗密度大等问题,通过对其绕组形式、极槽配合、冷却结构等关键技术进行研究,确认电机的关键技术参数,完成了一列车的装车电机研制,并通过了型式试验、地面组合试验验证,正在装车运行。试验结果与计算结果吻合,电机运行稳定可靠。Because the wheel-side direct-drive permanent-magnet synchronous motor for low-loor vehiele is hung on the outside of framework,it has the problems such-short axial space,compact structure,high torque density and large lo8s density.Through researching the main technologics such as windings fomm,pole-slot combination and cooling structure,the key technical parameters of motor are detemmined.The loading motors of a train have been devel-oped and manufactured.They have passed the verification of type test and ground combination test,and they are loading and running.The results of experiment are in good agreement wlth that of calculation,it shows that this kind of motors can operate stably and reliably.
