高效率三相异步电动机定子铁心模态分析

摘　　要：对IE4高效率三相异步电动机定子铁心的模态进行分析。以一台22kW电动机为例,运用解析法、求解电机定子铁心的固有频率。建立了IE4高效率三相异步电动机定子铁心三维模型,应用有限元软件进行模态仿真,分析了定子铁心的各阶振型。最后通过解析法分析结果与有限元法分析结果对比,提高计算分析结果的准确性,总结了两种分析方法的优劣。The mode analysis of stator core of IE4 high-efficienco three—hasy induction motor is carried out.Taking a 22kW motor as an example,the natural frequence of stator core of the motor is calculated by analytics1 method.The 3D modd of statoe core of the motor was estab eished,themodesimueation wastaoied outbyainite-eeementsoatwaoe,and theeiboation models at different ordea were analyzed.Finally,through comparing the analysis resultr belaeen analytics1 method and finite-element method,the accuracy of the calculation analysis resultr is improved.The advantages and disadvantages of the Iwo methods are summarized al so.
