摘 要:屯兰矿18403工作面采用沿空留巷Y型通风方式,工作面回采时的瓦斯来源主要为本煤层、邻近层和采空区瓦斯涌出,需从通风和抽采两方面入手进行瓦斯治理。对18403工作面的需风量进行了计算,对本煤层、上邻近层、下邻近层和采空区的瓦斯抽采方法进行了探讨。统计结果表明,采取综合瓦斯治理措施后,18403工作面的瓦斯抽采率达到87.2%,工作面回采过程中回风巷和回风隅角瓦斯浓度始终低于报警值0.8%,未发生由瓦斯超限引发的断电和停机故障。Due to the Y-type ventilation method in gob-side entry retaining,the gas source of 18403 working face of Tunlan Colliery is mainly the gas emission from the coal seam,adjacent layers and the goaf.The paper calculates the air demand of the 18403 working face,and discusses the gas drainage methods of the coal seam,the upper adjacent layer,the lower adjacent layer and the goaf.The statistical results show that after comprehensive gas control measures are taken,the gas extraction rate of the 18403 working face reaches 87.2%,and the gas concentration in the return air tunnel and the return air corner during the mining process of the working face is always lower than the alarm value 0.8%,and there is no power failure and shutdown caused by gas overrun.
