摘  要:为保证伯方煤矿斜巷运输安全,针对伯方煤矿斜巷原有传统防跑车装置,维修材料成本、人工维护成本高、存在一定安全隐患的问题,设计出一种矿车仅在跑车时,触发阻车立杆,对跑车起到阻挡限位作用的机械装置。经改造后,东西翼轨道上山运输没有发生过一起跑车事故,且改用机械式防跑车装置,可节约成本67.4万元。In order to ensure the safety transportation of the inclined roadway in Bofang Colliery,aiming at the problems of the original traditional anti-sports car device in the inclined roadway,such as the high cost of maintenance materials and manual maintenance,and the existence of certain safety hidden dangers,the author designs a mechanical device that can trigger the blocking pole of the car only in the case of the sports car and play the role of blocking the limit position of the sports car.After the modification,no sports car accident has occurred in the east-west wing rail uphill transportation,and the mechanical anti-sports car device can save the cost of 674,000 yuan.
