摘  要:液压支架在实际使用中常出现各种故障,容易受到腐蚀和磨损,严重影响了液压支架的使用寿命。以矿用液压支架立柱中活柱的加工制造工艺为研究对象,总结现有相关活柱加工工艺研究资料,分析活柱材料和加工工艺两个方面对活柱性能的影响,并对四种不同材料活柱的性能特性进行了对比。The hydraulic support often appears various faults in practical use,which is easy to be corroded and worn,and seriously affects the service life of the hydraulic support.Taking processing and manufacturing technology of the movable column in the mining hydraulic support column as the research object,the article summarizes the existing research data on the processing technology of the living column,analyzes the influence of the living column material and processing technology on the performance of the living column,and compares the performance characteristics of the living column with four different materials.
