摘　　要：随着国家新冠病毒肺炎疫情防控措施的不断调整和升级,全国各地各级医疗机构相继制定各项管理措施,以应对新冠病毒肺炎救治和防控工作。而如何有效保证医院管理措施落地执行,成为医院管理者面临的课题。笔者根据现行法律法规规章文件要求,通过医院信息公开的实践,探索面向医院内部和外部对象信息公开的内容、形式等,并讨论存在问题和提出管理建议,希望在能够给医院管理者一定借鉴和启示。With the continuous adjustment and upgrading of the prevention and control measures for the outbreak of 2019-nCoV,medical institutions at all levels throughout the country have formulated various management measures to deal with the treatment,prevention and control of 2019-nCoV.How to effectively ensure the implementation of hospital management measures has become a problem facing hospital managers.According to the requirements of current laws,regulations and documents,through the practice of hospital information disclosure,this paper explores the contents and forms of information disclosure for internal and external objects of the hospital,discusses existing problems and puts forward management Suggestions,hoping to give the hospital managers some reference and inspiration.
