摘　　要：大型综合性医疗机构是医学创新和临床科研的主要阵地,伦理审查则是保护受试者、把控临床研究风险的重要环节。在医院接受的各类检查和评审中,临床科研伦理涉及的内容也越来越多,重要性逐渐凸显。笔者通过对浙江省等级医院评审中的临床科研伦理相关条进行解读,并对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院刚刚通过的浙江省等级医院复评的相关迎评体会进行分享,以期为其他医疗机构迎接评审和强化临床研究伦理建设提供参考。Large-scale comprehensive medical institutions are the main front for medical innovation and clinical research,and ethical review is an important part of protecting subjects and controlling clinical research risks. In the various inspections and reviews received by hospitals,clinical scientific research ethics involves more and more content,and its importance gradually becomes more prominent. The author interprets the relevant articles of clinical research ethics in the evaluation of Zhejiang-level hospitals,and shares the relevant experience of the re-evaluation of Zhejiang-level hospitals just passed by the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Medical University School of Medicine,with the hope of serving other medical institutions Welcome to review and strengthen clinical research ethics construction to provide reference.
