摘　　要：目的建立可自定义的全流程管理的医疗不良事件管理框架体系。方法 2019年2月—5月在广州市某三级甲等医院采用可自定义的全流程管理框架,将事件审批流程分为事前模式、事中模式、事后模式,自定义结构化上报事件模板,建立全流程化管理体系。结果实施该管理框架后,设置了56种不同的事件类型,对应56种事件上报报文,且为这56种不同类型事件设置了56种事件审核流程,方便事件审核管理,同时医院不良事件上报例数有显著上升,截至2020年6月份上线一年来总共上报事件702例,比上年同比增长了约2倍,2020年5月份同比增长率为83.33%,审批处理时间明显缩短,平均审核处理时间缩短2.5天。结论该管理框架可以提高医院医疗不良事件信息报告、收集、处理、改进和分享的质量和效率,切实保障医疗安全。Objective To establish a customizable framework of whole process management of medical adverse events. Methods From February to May 2019,a customizable full-process management framework was adopted in a tertiary first-class hospital in Guangzhou. The event approval process was divided into pre-event mode,in-event mode,and post-event mode,and customized structured event reporting templates. Establish a full-process management system.Results After the implementation of this management framework,56 different event types have been set up,corresponding to 56 event reporting messages,and 56 event review procedures have been set up for these 56 different types of events to facilitate event review management and hospital adverse event reporting. The number has increased significantly. As of June2020,a total of 702 incidents have been reported in the year since June 2020,which is a year-on-year increase of approximately 2 times. The year-on-year growth rate in May 2020 was 83. 33%. The approval processing time was significantly shortened,and the average review processing time Shorten by 2. 5 days. Conclusion The management framework can improve the quality and efficiency of hospital medical adverse event information reporting,collection,processing,improvement and sharing,and effectively guarantee medical safety.
